Racy or not racy?
Take a look at this picture, so what is being racy about this picture? It is because it is Mily Cyrus picture, the infamous Hollywood star playing Hannah Montana.
On April 25, 2008, Entertainment Tonight reported that Cyrus had posed topless for a photo shoot with Vanity Fair. The photo, and subsequently released behind-the-scenes photos, show Cyrus with her bare back exposed but her front covered with a bedsheet. The photo shoot was taken by photographer Annie Leibovitz. The New York Times clarified that though the pictures left an impression that she was bare-breasted, Cyrus was wrapped in a bedsheet and was actually not topless. Some parents expressed outrage at the nature of the photograph, which a Disney spokesperson described as “a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines.”
Do you know that because of this picture, the Web site of Vanity Fair magazine crash–after a surge of millions of Internet users keen to see the shots logged online.
Obviously Miley Cyrus is living a very difficult life, because many people especially teenagers are idolizing her in her Hannah Montana character, so every moves she does is creating a world wide sensation, may it be good or bad. Just like not wearing a seatbelt in a scene and to the extent that a mother encourage her daughter to write a letter saying that her dad is a US military fighting in Iraq just to win ticket of Hannah Montana’s Concert when in fact it wasn’t true.
